Bernie Bowden frrom Novotech explains:
"We normally carry out 3 power runs on each car which produce the following graphs - horsepower and torque at the flywheel and at the wheels and also the air fuel ratio. This will show your members if their engine is running rich or lean across the rev range. Printouts will be given to your members of all graphs. Members can can have some idea of the setup we have prior to the weekend by visiting our website." Well you can visit the Novatech website by clicking their logo above.
The dyno slots are 30 minutes. Bernie explains "this will give us more scope to chat to your members prior to the power runs with regard to rev limits and then discuss any issues that arise after the runs if the dyno picks up on any rich/lean fueling issues. With a 30 minute time slot we can provide your members a better service."

Cassey Watson was testing June 4th and 5th at Castle Comb
On June 4th she did 17 flying laps in one session. Although it was basically the shake down run things felt pretty good with the car. The team asked for a 1.23 by the end of the day, however she managed a 1.18.62 in those few flying laps, plus the times were very consistent, so everyone was all very happy.

Sometimes in life it’s the very saddest things that can lead to happiness. For example when Dutch ZS Central member MGPete’s father passed away in 2003 it proved to be the starting point for his MG ownership. Pete’s father left him a Toyota Camry 2.2 Executive, but the ‘white goods’ aspect of the Toyota did little for him-everyone seems to own a Toyota and Pete wanted more from his motor.
Initially a Rover 75 was the Dutch Zedster’s choice of replacement for the Camry, but a red ZS 180 caught his eye and after a test-drive the only contender was the MG.
With the protracted marriage between Shanghai Automotive and MG owner NAC finally complete, MG now has the resources to begin the development of its new models. With SAIC’s Roewe brand having recently launched the British designed and developed 550 model, focus is now shifting to what will be coming next for MG.
